A long Process

The particularly long (several months) and selective recruitment process induces many dropouts at different stages of the candidate journey.

With the desire to differentiate and innovate in terms of recruitment, the French Army is moving mobile into its overall strategy with a concrete objective: to stem the dropout rate of candidates by motivating them and helping them in their preparation. A real “coaching” support exploiting all the technological potential of smartphones (voice synthesis, motion, speed, light detection, etc.).

Therefore improves the retention of candidates, in particular by allowing them to better prepare their professional project and better understand the final stages of the Army’s selection tests.
